Our August is packed full of activities. The first slosh of the month has a moving away party for its first half & a History of Leather discussion for the second half. While our second slosh will be having an exciting demo on Knife Play!
Also Bloomington Kink's booth has been approved for Bloomington PrideFest on Saturday, September 14th 2024.

Regular slosh from 7-9pm with a fairwell/moving away party for one of our regular community members! That"s right, this is sadly the last time BootPupCobalt will be around these parts, until he migrates back to Indiana for the summer next year. So we'll have snacks! Feel free (but no pressure) to bring treats to share.
Starting at 9pm:Join BootPupCobalt, for a night of education! Cobalt will be giving a presentation on leather history through the past century for those interested in learning more about the community! Additionally, he will be accepting donations to help support a mass fundraising initiative to renovate & renew the Leather Archives and Museum in Chicago.

Bloomington Kink is entirely volunteer based, meaning all expenses come out of our pockets. So we turn to our community every year to ask for your consideration in contributing to our little educational BDSM/Kink booth at Pride.
Booth prices have increased for 2024, which means we need: $175 soley to cover the fee for our booth space. We also need to refresh our booth supplies & goodies (which include but aren't limited to):
Consent Bracelets
Stickers
Misc Kinky thingamabobs (key chain bondage duckies, mini floggers, paddles, etc)
Rope
Candles
Flyers & info sheets
Assorted booth doodads: tape, markers, battery powered fans, decorations, etc
Hydration & snacks
The above items will run between $200-$350 on top of the $175 booth space - which makes our grand total needed between: $375-$525
